HACCP Training for Managers

This one day workshop is aimed at those in responsible food safety management for the implementation of HACCP within food businesses.  It looks at food hazards and risk and processes that must be applied to manage and remove the risks.  It looks at all aspects of food safety management in association with goods-in, safe food storage, processing, safe handling, packaging to customer needs.
